Structured internal mentoring programmes match and support colleagues to mentor each other within your organisation
Our internal mentoring programmes are designed to consider your specific purpose, goals and target audience every step of the way. We will partner with you to design and deliver a high-impact programme that delivers your talent, development, DEI strategy.
We deliver many forms of mentoring whether traditional (senior mentor to a more junior mentee), peer-to-peer, group, reverse, sponsorship or diversity strand-specific mentoring (e.g. advancing gender and/or ethnic diversity).
What we will do for you
We will deliver a fully tailored end-to-end programme, to fit your context and culture. We can also partner with your colleagues to co-deliver or adopt a ‘train the trainer’ approach.

01. Design and kick off
To kick off, we will conduct a workshop with your team to help you create a clear purpose, ensure effective mentor and mentee selection, agree matching process, design the learning journey and consider the outcomes. We will then host a showcase event for your colleagues to inspire engagement amongst colleagues.

02. Programme delivery
Throughout the programme we will deliver inspiring and high impact events from our expert faculty and speaker academy to equip and develop the mentors and mentees. We will also provide dynamic learning materials consisting of mentoring films, workbooks and practical guides.

03. End-to-end support
We aim to be your thinking partners from start to finish. Your dedicated client partner will support you with everything from programme design and project management, through to evaluation and reporting.
