We offer end-to-end design and delivery including matching mentors and mentees, onboarding participants, delivering powerful learning events, sharing digital learning materials and tracking impact.

We deliver three types of mentoring programmes:
Bespoke
Colleagues within the same organisation mentor each other to help create an inclusive culture that retains and accelerates diverse talent and increases engagement.
Sector-specific
Mentoring pairs are matched across different organisations within the same sector, leveraging the power of cross-company mentoring and creating industry-wide impact. We deliver mentoring programmes within the rail, defence, platinum group metals, science, health and actuarial sectors.
Cross-company, open to all
Moving Ahead has pioneered the world’s largest cross-company mentoring programmes, whereby mentees are matched with a more senior mentor from a completely different organisation and sector.
All our programmes are supported by digital content, online engagement and learning.
Participants receive a digital mentoring toolkit: Moving Ahead’s ‘Guide to Extraordinary Mentoring’ including access to engaging filmed sessions, masterclasses and tutorials, as well as written guides that are carefully curated for each programme and cohort.
