I manage both the Mission Gender Equity and Mission Include cross-company mentoring programmes, including leading the matching process, event planning, creation of newsletters and communications, and change management activities. My favourite part of the role is witnessing the incredible impact our programmes from increased confidence, promotions and the invaluable relationships they create. Prior to Moving Ahead, my background is in leadership development and coaching, I was an account manager, managing a portfolio of clients leading global transformation and cultural change project

Inclusion for me co-exists with representation and belonging. In order to be included, you must first be present. Once there, you must feel as though you belong.
