As the Programme Administrator for Mission Include and Mission Gender Equity, my role is to be a first point of contact for all organisations taking part in the flagship programmes, speaking with programme partners, mentees and mentors daily and updating the Learning Resource Hub for all participants to use for their mentoring journey. I have over 25+ years of administration experience working with a variety of organisations , I previously worked with PwC, Legal and General, as well as Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics part of the Johnson and Johnson umbrella for over 9 years, before starting a successful Virtual Administrative company which is still up and running.

What does inclusion mean to you?

Inclusion to me is that I can be myself, feel confident in my environment and the people around me to be able express my views and opinions.
