Sandrine Vilcot Jackiewicz is a multilingual Team & Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator with over 20 years’ international experience. She has coached companies of all sizes and across a wide range of sectors, designing and delivering leadership and team development programs tailored to client needs. Her expertise includes individual coaching, designing triangular coaching engagements and leadership programmes, as well as team coaching for alignment and change management. She is particularly passionate about women’s leadership development and supporting diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity.

Certified in Co-Active Coaching, Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching, Leadership Circle Profile, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, NLP, PCM, Non-Violent Communication, and Embodied Leadership, Sandrine creates safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning spaces.
