Job purpose

 

This role provides a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain experience and guided development in a broad range of organisational research fields (Customer, Impact, Markets and products, Employee), chief responsibilities include the production of impact reports for our programmes and assisting our Head of Insight to be the voice of data driving and enabling business strategy.

 

Key accountabilities

 
  • Responsible for impact-research reporting across our programmes (cross-company and internal) 

  • Assisting the Head of Insight in building cross-programme insight processes and outputs 

  • Working with teams across the business to implement research designed in collaboration with the Head of Insight and client stakeholders 

  • Longitudinal analysis of past cohorts and maintenance of templates and benchmarking databases 

 

Knowledge, skills and experience required

 
  • Degree level education in psychology or a related field (economics, behavioural science, business/occupational psychology/anthropology etc.) or equivalent in-work experience 

  • An interest in the world of organisational research, with a willingness to build skills across different research domains (both qualitative and quantitative) 

  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills 

  • Knowledge of statistical approaches and tests and where to implement them 

  • Desirable: experience with macros or other Microsoft automation approaches, experience with database management
