Rachel supports employees to successfully integrate work and family, to feel productive, empowered and motivated (with a focus on parents and carers). She has spoken to tens of thousands globally across a broad range of sectors. Rachel draws on her experience as a schoolteacher and being a mother to four children. Her practical, realistic guidance has been described as 'life changing’. Being a parent is probably the hardest job in the world with the least amount of training! Outside the workplace she speaks in schools, creates online parenting courses, provides 1:1 consultations globally and regularly contributes to panels & blogs. For Moving Ahead, Rachel has contributed to numerous panel discussions for example during the International Women’s Day and International Men’s Day Summits, delivered keynote talks/ masterclasses internally for individual corporates and contributed to the Working Families Digital Line Managers Toolkit.
