Oliver Fenghour Founded Advance: The Disability Consultants in 2019 based on his lived experiences of having Autism and Dyspraxia. Oliver has worked in the Neurodiversity space for the last four years. During this time, he has worked with organisations in the UK, USA, Australia, Argentina, Germany, Singapore and Central America and during this time has delivered workshops and training to over 4000 people. ​

Oliver was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome a form of autism 29 years ago at the age of 10. and was diagnosed with Dyspraxia at the age of four. Oliver has worked with clients such as Sage, Serco, and Clifford Chance providing professional and personal insights of how organisations must support and develop Neurodivergent talent within their workplaces. ​

Oliver has also worked in the recruitment and learning and development fields and has been a contributor to HR Zone magazine in the UK discussing the importance of autism and intersectionality in society and the workplace. Oliver also has a UK chartered HR qualification in Employment Law. He is also a founding trainer for the world’s first ever Neurodiversity AI organisation.
