Client and Programme Partner 

I manage both the Mission Gender Equity and Mission Include cross-company mentoring programmes in the UK and the 30% Club Mission Gender Equity programme in the United States. 

My role as a client and programme partner is to support our clients, offering solutions, and executing programme journeys and events for exceptional DE&I programmes that celebrate difference, promote collaboration and champion inclusion. 

My favourite part of the role is witnessing the incredible impact of our programmes for our participants: from increased confidence, promotions and the invaluable and long-lasting relationships they create. Prior to Moving Ahead, my background is in Aviation, Energy and Retail sector in Senior Marketing, Product and Customer Experience Strategy roles. 

What does inclusion mean to you?

For me DE&I is about understanding and celebrating differences. It’s about ensuring everyone is heard and making sure everyone is given the opportunity and respect to be their true selves – whether at work or in the wider community.
