Executive coach, Paralympian and DE&I ambassador​

A graduate in English & Drama from the University of Wales Mark is a partially sighted former paralympic skier who has spent the majority of his working life in recruitment and executive search. Considered to be intuitive, empathic, principled and methodical, he has engendered confidence and trust at the highest level which has been highly effective as he has evolved his career into executive coaching and team development.​

For years Mark never considered his disability to be relevant; attaching little thought to it he created work arounds to make everything possible. Eventually it dawned on him that by leveraging his own lived experience of sight loss, he could actively contribute to initiatives designed to encourage change by creating better awareness. Mark’s ongoing purpose is to collaborate with people, organisations and initiatives which promote difference in a positive and proactive manner, designed to get more people with disabilities into the workplace.
