Liz is a social impact entrepreneur dedicated to advancing workplace inclusion. She has 25 years of experience working in diversity, equity, and inclusion and is a specialist in structured mentoring. Liz has led the design and delivery of over 600 mentoring programmes. She is a 30% Club Global Steering Committee Member and was awarded Queens Honours for services to gender equality in 2019. She is also a passionate cyclist, having finished as the first female in the 2012 Tour de Force and a mother to her two-year-old son, Leaonardo.
