Jack is a Leadership Coach, Guide and Ceremonialist. He focuses on enabling people to develop a deeper understanding of self so that they can heal past trauma, lead authentically and transform the way they relate to others. Over the last decade he led people and culture at some of the world's fastest growing tech companies like Monzo, Just Eat and MoonPay. He is a leader within Sacred Sons and has worked with thousands of men to date. Jack founded Human Work, a community project in Ibiza and the UK which supports adults to heal and grow, while also running modern day rites of passage for young people.
