The Inspired by Mentoring Awards 2024

Moving Ahead is proud to deliver the world’s largest global, cross-company, cross-sector mentoring programmes as part of the 30% Club campaign; Mission Gender Equity and Mission Include mentoring programmes. By participating in these nine-month programmes, participants are committing to advancing diversity, championing each other’s stories, and learning by walking in the shoes of others.  

Since 2014, our 30% Club programmes have supported 22,000 mentees and mentors, across 285 organisations, 60 countries and over 30 sectors. The Mission Gender Equity cross-company programme builds the pipeline and representation of women in leadership and board roles. Celebrating its eleventh year, the programme has truly transformed the way organisations retain and accelerate diverse women talent.

Each year, we celebrate the Inspired by Mentoring Awards and use this great opportunity to champion participants, programme partners, and organisations who have given their all to the programme, seeing transformative changes in their careers and within their organisations as a result.
