Through our Speaker Academy and digital content we share stories and conversations that matter. From talking about race, sexuality and ability, to power, privilege and bias, we inspire courageous conversations that cultivate inclusion and belonging.
Since launching in 2014, we have worked with more than 300 organisations across sport and business, including many of the FTSE 100 companies. We have supported over 30,000 mentors and mentees.
Job purpose
To manage the design and delivery of programmes and products, whilst creating relationships with our freelance independent consultants (faculty) and speakers to ensure world class programmes are delivered which meet the needs of the cross-company programme and achieves our growth, our programme and our mission.
Scope
As part of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team. You will have multiple internal and external stakeholders and responsibility for small but growing learning, insights and development team. You will lead on strategy and drive performance of your team, whilst providing reports to CEO and senior leadership team.
Key accountabilities
Content lead
Learning content owner for internal, cross-company mentoring and Inclusive Leadership and LEAD programme, leading the continuous improvement of Moving Ahead’s core collateral
Conduct mentor and mentee interviews
Develop client case studies
Own the digital content library and review all new films before sign off
Build a clear library for existing IL content/masterclasses
Strategic direction in product and service development
Work with our Summit and Speaker Academy team to develop content
Project delivery
Work collaboratively with CPs to take clients through the learning journey, understand their context and tailor content accordingly
Lead development programmes (LEAD) as a Client Partner to design and deliver content that is developed to achieve specific learning outcomes and programme aims
Support the speaker and faculty briefings for internal programmes
Own the speaker and faculty feedback process for internal programmes
Lead consultancy on the delivery of D&I consulting projects
Commercialise Moving Ahead’s digital content library with external providers and clients
Knowledge, skills and experience required
Learning and development background
Consulting background is preferable
Proven record in developing learning strategy and delivery
Proven record in content creation and development
Understanding of identifying, developing and implementing learning and development solutions with clear outcomes and measures
