Christina Mallon leads Inclusive Design at Wunderman Thompson, where she consults brands on how to implement inclusive design practices into their strategies. Christina is a woman at the forefront of a movement towards inclusivity in design and advertising. At the start of Christina's career, her arms became paralyzed. As a marketer starting her career with a “disability” she felt under-represented as a consumer. This experience inspired her to start an inclusive design practice at Wunderman Thompson and co lead an incubator focused on wearable tech with & for disabled people called Open Style Lab at Parsons. Christina’s work around inclusive design has been featured in FastCo, Vogue, NBC, PBS, Hulu and BBC. Also, she received LinkedIn Top Voice, Smithsonian's Designers of the Year, Ad Age 40 under 40 and D&I Champion of the Year, Creative 100, and Business Insider’s Rising Stars.
