Industry mentoring programmes invite individuals to mentor people from different organisations within the same sector

 

We partner with industry bodies, campaigns, and sponsor organisations to accelerate representation and inclusion in their sector.  We deliver industry-specific cross-company programmes in collaboration with organisations and campaigns including Women in Rail, Actuarial Mentoring Programme, Women in Defence, and Broadening Horizons (for early-career researchers) in partnership with industry leaders such as Ministry of Defence and Wellcome Trust.

These programmes leverage the power of diverse matches between different organisations and inspire cross-company learning, at a large scale. Throughout the programme we will deliver inspiring and high-impact events from our expert speaker faculty to equip and develop the mentors and mentees. We will also provide dynamic learning materials consisting of mentoring films, workbooks and practical guides.
